Mr. Jolly graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2015 with a concentration in advocacy. Prior to law school, he attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in logistics and intermodal transportation. After graduating from the Merchant Marine Academy, he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy Reserve and served for ten years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Mr. Jolly also spent six years working as ship’s officer on oil tankers operating in the Gulf of Mexico before attending law school.

In 2015, Mr. Jolly joined this firm representing law enforcement officers and agencies in federal civil rights cases and related state tort claims. In 2020, Mr. Jolly left the firm to relocate his family to the west coast of Florida, joining a 300 attorney firm with eighteen offices throughout the United States. While at that firm, Mr. Jolly represented a variety of clients focusing on employment law issues and construction litigation. After spending two years away from this firm, Mr. Jolly felt the calling to return to his true passion, representing law enforcement officers. In 2022, Mr. Jolly returned to this firm, working out of the firm’s newly established office located on the west coast of Florida.

Mr. Jolly has jury trial experience in both federal and state courts and has conducted numerous oral arguments before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also lectured multiple agencies on high liability issues related to law enforcement.
