2021 JD Nova Southeastern University, Davie, Florida
2011 BA University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida, History and Communications
The Florida Bar – 2021
United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida
Mr. Jolly joined the firm in 2021. Prior to going to law school, he was an educator
for five years, teaching history and civics, topics which to this day he remains
vigorously passionate about. His time as a litigator representing law enforcement
throughout Florida has been extremely rewarding and follows as a natural
second chapter to educating young adults about the importance of the
constitution and the legal system. Many of the skills he learned as an educator
have helped to make him an effective litigator. Since joining the firm in 2021, Mr.
Jolly has successfully litigated numerous cases in state and federal courts, ranging
from negligence claims to federal civil rights claims, including multiple jury
trials, and pursues his clients’ interests zealously and with passion.
In 2024, as a culmination of his litigation experience, Mr. Jolly helped lead a
seminar on pro-se inmate civil rights litigation, which was hosted by the Florida
Sheriff’s Association.
